SARK Voice Translator is a voice translator created by SARAKHMAN COMPANY. It provides fast, accurate, and natural translations into 51 languages. We design our product with maximum priority on security, privacy, and transparency.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we DO NOT collect, what data we may collect, how it is processed, stored, protected, and what rights you have as a user. This Policy is prepared with international requirements in mind, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (USA), UK GDPR, LGPD (Brazil), and the standards of the Apple App Store.

1. Information we DO NOT collect

SARK Voice Translator is built on the principle of “minimum data by design”. Therefore:

  • We do NOT store your voice recordings.
    Audio is used only for real-time translation. It is not stored on SARAKHMAN COMPANY servers and is not used for marketing or model training.
  • We do NOT store your translated text on our servers.
    Translations:
    • are processed locally and/or
    • are transmitted via an encrypted HTTPS/TLS channel to a translation service,
    • are not stored by SARAKHMAN COMPANY after the request is processed.
  • We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
    No data is shared for advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics.

2. Information we may collect

Data necessary for the app to function:

  • Selected translation language
  • Voice settings
  • Locally saved scenarios
  • Translation history (stored only on your device)

Technical and diagnostic data (anonymous):

  • App version (e.g., v1.0.0)
  • Device type and OS
  • Crash reports
  • Performance data

These data are anonymized and aggregated and are used solely to improve SARK Voice Translator stability, performance, and quality.

3. Microphone access

To provide voice translation, SARK Voice Translator requests permission to access the microphone. We guarantee that audio:

  • is not stored,
  • is not sent to SARAKHMAN COMPANY servers,
  • is used only for immediate recognition and translation.

This approach is consistent with Apple and Google policies and the data minimization principle.

4. Internet access

Internet is required for:

  • sending translation requests,
  • generating the translated voice,
  • checking for updates.

All data are transmitted over secure HTTPS.

5. Data storage

Your data are stored locally on your device in the protected iOS container:

  • translation history
  • scenarios
  • settings

SARAKHMAN COMPANY does not have access to your local data.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other laws, you have the right to:

  • delete translation history at any time,
  • delete saved scenarios,
  • revoke microphone permission,
  • delete the app (all local data will be removed),
  • request information about how your data are processed, or request deletion/correction.

7. Changes to this Policy

SARAKHMAN COMPANY may update this Privacy Policy as the service improves or as laws change. The latest version is always available in this section.
